The challenge of capturing and keeping the interest of classic arcade racing games fans.
Horizon Chase Turbo is one of the most successful retro-style arcade racing games, released in 2018 by the Brazilian game developer Aquiris Game Studio. It was ported to PS4, PCs, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
As a freelancer, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Aquiris team to bring their communication and liveops content to life, contributing to seasons, DLCs, and much more.
I assisted in the creation of scripts, concepts, press releases, community updates, localization, and various narrative elements for key releases such as Anniversary Season, Summer Vibes, Complete Your Collection, Senna Forever, Devs’ Hometown Update, among others.
A fashion film was produced to encourage women to walk and discover themselves, explore new possibilities, and fully embrace everything they can be. The film soundtrack was an original song created especially for the marketing campaign.
In both print media and digital channels, the campaign took shape through ads and content that carried the same tone and message.
